Ingredients

Panna Cotta

  • 750ml heavy cream
  • 400ml half and half
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 300g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
  • 2 pieces rhubarb

Blackberries

  • 1 pack blackberries

Method

1. Combine panna cotta ingredients. 2. Add blackberries to top it off.
