Blackberry Rhubarb Panna Cotta

Ingredients
Panna Cotta
- 750ml heavy cream
- 400ml half and half
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 300g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 2 pieces rhubarb
Blackberries
- 1 pack blackberries
Method
1. Combine panna cotta ingredients. 2. Add blackberries to top it off.
